Rates and cancellation policy

By default, the benefit is voidable and refundable:

• In full (with the exception of Nativing service fees) up to 14 days before the day of the beginning of the services offered by the coach (fixed at 00:01)
• At 50% (at the except the Nativing service fees) until 48h before the day of the beginning of the services proposed by the coach (fixed at 00h01) 

No refund possible thereafter.

For your visio-training:

• To cancel your lesson, simply send us an email (hello@nativing.com) and wait for our email to confirm the cancellation. However, please note that we must receive it 24 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson. Please further note that if you follow this recommendation, then the cancelled lesson will be rescheduled later in the month. However, if you do not turn up for the lesson or formally cancel the lesson a few hours before the scheduled start you will lose that lesson
• Please be on time for your online lessons. Your teacher/coach will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to come to your class. If you haven’t arrived in that 15 minutes, he/she will stop waiting and go offline on Skype. As a result, you will then lose this lesson from your package – sorry.
